The little lad Tobby
Desperately needed a hobby
He looked under all the beds
And all he found was thread
With a family full of girls
He decided to give it a twirl
First he made a hat
And then a stuffed animal cat
But the hardest thing of all
Was sowing a little doll
And once it was complete
He looked at the cute treat
Of his little sister and her doll
And that was all
that was needed to make Tobby happy
The little lad Tobby
Had found a lovely hobby.

I used to know a boy named Toby. I've also seen the name spelled Tobey. I know Tobby rhymes well with hobby, but Robby or Bobby, or even Toddy or Roddy. It's fine as it is, I'm just suggesting a way to make it seem more flowing as a poem and more relatable as a story.
